Easily copy field data between HubSpot deals and line items

Hi there,

Now you can copy field data between deals in line items since line items mostly interface with the Deals object.

Additionally, Insycle now features a "Associated Deal ID" field on the line item object that you can include in your templates.

These are ideal because it allows you to ensure that you always have the field data that you need on the line item object.

For example, you could copy the "Amount" on the deal object to the "Quantity" field on line items.

Hi there,

Insycle has received an update, allowing you to create many-to-many associations for Hubspot Tickets using the Bulk Operations module.

Now, the same ticket can be associated to multiple contacts. Or, the same contact can be associated to multiple tickets.

This ensures that all of your tickets are appropriately associated with the right contacts, giving your support teams all of the context that they need to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Dedupe in Salesforce when "Contact to Multiple Accounts" is enabled

Hi there,

Insycle has received an upgrade to allow for deduplication when the "Contact to Multiple Accounts" setting is enabled in Salesforce.

Insycle is now able to remove redundant relationships automatically by shifting all records to the master record, so the merge process is successful.

This is ideal in situations where a duplicate might be related to multiple accounts, such as if they were a board member or consultant, for example.

Merge duplicates only when at least one record matches a specific value

Hi there,

Now you have even deeper control over how you merge duplicates with Insycle.

In the Merge Duplicates module, in the Conditions tab of Step 1, you can now select the condition When At Least 1 Record Match.

Using this condition, you can instruct Insycle to only ymerge a duplicate group when at least one record contains a specific value in a specific field.

For example, a popular use case for this condition comes from dialer software for sales teams. Often, when dialer software creates a new record in your CRM, they will use a generic email address for the contact, such as "placeholder@call.com."

This new condition allows you to safely merge duplicates when a duplicate group includes a record that was created by the dialer app, but ensures that you won't merge duplicate groups that do not contain a record that were created by the dialer app.

Deduplication — If no records have data in a specific field, do not merge

Hi there,

Insycle now offers deeper control over how you merge duplicates.

In the Conditions tab of Step 1, you can now select the "At Least One Record With Non-Empty" condition.

Using this, you can ensure that for that field, at least one duplicate record in the group needs to contain the field for the merge to take place for that duplicate group. If all records contained in the duplicate group have that field empty, the merge will not continue.

Hi there,

When merging duplicates in Salesforce, you now have more control over how you retain data in specific fields.

Using the Fields tab in Step 4 of the Merge Duplicates module, you can combine and append all values from the merged records into the resulting master record.

This is excellent for notes fields, or any field where you want to retain all available data after the merge.

Hi there,

Have you ever wanted to include more fields in a deduplication template to identify more specific duplicates, but also wanted to see potential duplicates that were perhaps missing a value in one of those matching fields?

Now you can. In the Conditions tab on step one of the Merge Duplicates, you can now choose whether matching fields are required or whether they can be empty and still have the record identified as a duplicate by Insycle.

This gives you more control over the deduplication process while identifying more duplicates in each group.

Ryan avatar
Shared by Ryan • April 24, 2023

Hi there,

You now have more control over contact ownership during the Salesforce lead conversion process.

When converting Salesforce leads to contacts, you can now choose whether to keep the existing owner from the lead or the account for the newly created contact.

This allows you to retain existing lead routing logic that might have already set the lead owner, even after the conversion takes place.

Hi there, We're happy to announce a new feature that allows you to use "Related Fields" when associating in Insycle, allowing to to accurately associate more records in your CRM.

For example, you can now match associations using an email domain field for contacts, to a Website URL/domain/additional domain fields for companies. Or a Phone Number field and a secondary phone number field.

Using Related Fields allows you to broaden your association templates and associate more contacts, companies, and deals.

You can setup Related Fields by clicking on the Associate tab in the Bulk Operations module, then Advanced tab.
