Have you ever wanted to include more fields in a deduplication template to identify more specific duplicates, but also wanted to see potential duplicates that were perhaps missing a value in one of those matching fields?

Now you can. In the Conditions tab on step one of the Merge Duplicates, you can now choose whether matching fields are required or whether they can be empty and still have the record identified as a duplicate by Insycle.

This gives you more control over the deduplication process while identifying more duplicates in each group.

When converting Salesforce leads to contacts, you can now choose whether to keep the existing owner from the lead or the account for the newly created contact.

Hi there, We've released a new feature to help companies improve their account-based marketing and sales activities with better associations between contacts, companies, and deals.

Using the new "Set" action in the Bulk Operations and Magical Import modules, you can remove existing associations and replace them with your new associations in one step! This includes associations with multiple labels.

Previously, you would have had to first remove the labels, then remove the associations, before setting new associations.

Hi there, With Insycle's new Quick Search, you can navigate Insycle more effectively. You can search for templates, recipes, pages, or help articles and open them directly from any page, without having to go through navigational menus.

The Quick Search is located at the top of your Insycle dashboard and on every page and module.

Once you type your search, a dropdown will appear with relevant templates, recipes, pages, or help articles based on your search. Click on one and it will open.

Hi there, We've released a new update to help improve segmentation, personalization, and reporting.

The "Map" function is one of the best ways to build an "IF" statement in Insycle. Our new "Map NOT" functions allow you to build IF NOT statements in Insycle.

One example could include automatically flagging Parent of Child records. If the field does not contain the word "Child," fill it with "Parent."

Hi there, We're excited to release a new feature that allows you to improve your account-based marketing and sales by ensuring your contacts are associated to accurately named companies.

Now, when using the "Create new companies when no match is found," setting while associating, you can choose a field for setting your new Company Name.

In HubSpot, if you leave the "New Company Name" input blank, but have data in either the Website or Company Domain fields, HubSpot will populate the company name using their internal company database.
