Hi there,
Now, when setting your by-field data retention settings in the Merge Duplicates module, you can group related fields together to ensure data in each field is retained from the same source record.
For example, if you retain the country from the most recently updated record, you may also want to retain other address data such as the state, city, zip code, and street address from that same record.
This ensures that your data is consistent and accurate, and helps to eliminate situations where related fields may be pulled from multiple records during the merge, resulting in an inaccurate master record after the merge.

Hi there,
Have you ever had duplicates that were created by an integration and hard to identify using standard matching fields.
Now with Insycle, you can compare record creation timeframes to identify duplicates that come in through an integration and are duplicated in your CRM. Without looking at creation times for both potential duplicates, there may be no clear way to identify the records as duplicates.
With this feature, you can quickly identify potential duplicates that were created around the same time, to identify duplicates that come into your database from integrations.

Hi there,
Do you have a bunch of free-floating meetings, unassociated with the contacts that were in the meeting?
This causes consistent issues for companies using the meeting object, leaving a significant gap in the context and insights that companies can pull from meetings.
Now, you can associate HubSpot contacts to meetings directly in Insycle, ensuring that your sales and support teams always have the latest, most important context and can provide exceptional experiences.

Hi there,
Often, when evaluating data update operations or previews, the "Result" column in your Insycle-generated CSV plays a critical role in analyzing.
Previously, this column would be shown as the final column in the CSV. Now, the "Result" column will show first.
This will allow for faster operation analysis and troubleshooting across all of our modules and integrations.

Hi there,
Now you have more control when associating records.
You'll find the Selection feature in the Associate module's Step 2, under the Simple and Advanced tags. The selection feature works similarly to master selection in the Merge Duplicates module.
For example, if you were associating contacts to companies, and you had three companies that matched based on your matching rules, you could use the selection to narrow those three companies down to one. For example, you could instruct Insycle to associate the contact to the company with the highest number of associated deals.

Hi there,
In the Merge Duplicates module, in the Fields tab of Step 4 you can now instruct Insycle to keep the most frequent value in a duplicate group.
For example, let's say you had four records in a duplicate group. Records 1 and 2 have the same phone number. Record 3 has a different phone number. And Record 4 has no phone number. With the Phone Number field set to "Most Frequent Value," the phone number from records 1 and 2 will be kept.

Hi there,
Have a bunch of bad or outdated association labels you want to eliminate in one simple action?
Insycle now allows you to remove and add association labels to existing associations using the "Existing" tab in the Associate module.

Hi there,
Now available in Insycle: same-object association in HubSpot.
You can now associate contacts to contacts, companies to companies (without being a child or parent company), deals to deals, tickets to tickets, and any custom objects you need to associate as well. Additionally, all associations include Insycle's full label control.
With full same-object association, you now have simple ways to keep track of relationships in your HubSpot CRM datbase.
Hi there,
We have big news! Insycle has launched our sharable templates.
By clicking the "Share" button at the top of a module screen, you can email the template to coworkers, or copy the share link to share with others.
If you share your template to someone in you organization, they will be automatically redirected to the database and template within your company's Insycle account.
If you share the link with someone outside of your organization — such as a consultant or client — the template will be duplicated and they will be able to open and use the template for their own connected databases.

Hi there,
We are pleased to announce that Insycle can now help you associate records based on existing associations of related records.
Imagine a scenario where you have a contact associated with a company, and that same company is also associated with a deal. The missing leg in this triangular relationship is the association between the contact and the deal. You need to ensure that this information is always at the fingertips of your sales team, who may interact with several stakeholders within a company in order to close a deal.
Now, Insycle can automatically detect these existing associations and help you find records that are missing links to related records.
