Hi there,

When using the Magical Import module, you can now choose a Salesforce campaign to which you want to add newly imported Salesforce records.

Simply select the campaign to which you want the imported records to be added, along with the campaign member status.

By automatically adding newly imported records to campaigns, you can better segment your records while importing and cut time-consuming manual processes from your import tasks.

Edit, Add, and Remove Additional Emails in HubSpot

Shared by Ryan • August 23, 2024

Hi there,

Now it's possible to edit, add, or remove "Additional Emails," in HubSpot.

Previously, tracking multiple email addresses for the same lead was messy, with all secondary emails thrown into the same "Additional Emails" text field, with no simple, straightforward way to add, remove, or extract individual emails from the field.

Now, when adding or updating multiple email addresses, you can use a semicolon to separate them. For example: "a@insycle.com;b@insycle.com."

With this improvement, swapping the "Primary Email" with one of the emails from the "Additional Emails" list is possible.

Hi there,

Now you have more control over how records are assigned to reps.

Using Insycle's Assign app, you can now set the total number of records assigned to a rep, as well the amount to assign per-rep for each template run.

This gives you even more control over workload balancing, allowing you to tailor rep assignments to your business needs.

Hi there,

Using the Customer Data Health Assessment just got even easier!

Now, you can right-click on Health Assessment templates, which will allow you to open them in a new tab. Previously, clicking these links opened the template in the same tab. Now you can use the health assessment to quickly open and run multiple templates without returning to the assessment.

Merge Duplicates

Group Fields For Consistency When Merging

Hi there,

Now, when setting your by-field data retention settings in the Merge Duplicates module, you can group related fields together to ensure data in each field is retained from the same source record.

For example, if you retain the country from the most recently updated record, you may also want to retain other address data such as the state, city, zip code, and street address from that same record.

This ensures that your data is consistent and accurate, and helps to eliminate situations where related fields may be pulled from multiple records during the merge, resulting in an inaccurate master record after the merge.

Identify Duplicates By Comparing Creation Timeframes

Ryan avatar
Shared by Ryan • May 06, 2024

Hi there,

Have you ever had duplicates that were created by an integration and hard to identify using standard matching fields.

Now with Insycle, you can compare record creation timeframes to identify duplicates that come in through an integration and are duplicated in your CRM. Without looking at creation times for both potential duplicates, there may be no clear way to identify the records as duplicates.

With this feature, you can quickly identify potential duplicates that were created around the same time, to identify duplicates that come into your database from integrations.

Associate Contacts to Meetings in HubSpot

Ryan avatar
Shared by Ryan • May 06, 2024

Hi there,

Do you have a bunch of free-floating meetings, unassociated with the contacts that were in the meeting?

This causes consistent issues for companies using the meeting object, leaving a significant gap in the context and insights that companies can pull from meetings.

Now, you can associate HubSpot contacts to meetings directly in Insycle, ensuring that your sales and support teams always have the latest, most important context and can provide exceptional experiences.

CSV Reports Now Show "Result" Column First

Ryan avatar
Shared by Ryan • April 15, 2024

Hi there,

Often, when evaluating data update operations or previews, the "Result" column in your Insycle-generated CSV plays a critical role in analyzing.

Previously, this column would be shown as the final column in the CSV. Now, the "Result" column will show first.

This will allow for faster operation analysis and troubleshooting across all of our modules and integrations.

Master "Selection" In Associate - Narrow multiple association matches based on rules

Shared by Ryan • April 03, 2024

Hi there,

Now you have more control when associating records.

You'll find the Selection feature in the Associate module's Step 2, under the Simple and Advanced tags. The selection feature works similarly to master selection in the Merge Duplicates module.

For example, if you were associating contacts to companies, and you had three companies that matched based on your matching rules, you could use the selection to narrow those three companies down to one. For example, you could instruct Insycle to associate the contact to the company with the highest number of associated deals.

Keep the most frequent value when merging duplicates

Shared by Ryan • April 03, 2024

Hi there,

In the Merge Duplicates module, in the Fields tab of Step 4 you can now instruct Insycle to keep the most frequent value in a duplicate group.

For example, let's say you had four records in a duplicate group. Records 1 and 2 have the same phone number. Record 3 has a different phone number. And Record 4 has no phone number. With the Phone Number field set to "Most Frequent Value," the phone number from records 1 and 2 will be kept.
